Hostesses will enjoy a sit-down luncheon with the women and make them feel welcomed

and loved, as well as offer prayer & encouragement. This is our area of greatest need for the event.

The Welcome Party Team will help with the setup and teardown of the Welcome Party as well as participate at various booths that will be available, such as crafts, make-up etc.

Set-up Crew will arrive well before the event starts to ensure everything is set up and ready for our special guests. Includes, but not limited to setting up pop-ups, tables, chairs etc.

The Prayer Team will pray for and with the ladies at the Prayer Booth during the Welcome Party as well as prayer support during the message.

Teardown Crew will help to ensure everything is packed up and ready to head to our storage. Includes, but not limited to taking down pop-ups, tables, chairs, load truck etc.

​

The Goodie Bag Team will be arriving early to ensure all goodie bags are ready to be handed out. They will also set-up and help distribute bags at the end of the event as the women depart.

 Greeters will be in various places throughout the event welcoming our beautiful guests and ensuring they feel loved and have needed info.

Safety is a priority, our Security Team will be monitoring the event to ensure everyone follows the safety rules and regulations, as keep everyone in their designated areas.
